So Milwaukee's made the playoffs, and, you know, is having probably their best season in history
historyMm-hmm.
So it's a pretty good time to have a, a Brewers podcast if you're, you know, ever going to do-
[laughs]
I think one of the things that I've noticed is that they, their longest losing streak this year was six games, and their longest stretch of winning each time has been four.
They haven't won more than four games in a row, which might seem like...
Like last year we were all bragging about how they had two 14-game win streaks.
They set a franchise record for, you know, so many wins in a row, and this, this year it's just four and four and four.
But I think what that says about this team is that it's consistent.
They're not streaky.
They don't get hot and cold.
They stay consistent all the way through.
We see that on the field.
Um, we see that across the board as individuals playing, as individual players are playing throughout the season.
And this, this team, I think that's a huge thing is just the consistency, showing up every day and grinding, and playing good baseball every single day, not relying on a big hot streak or everyone getting hot at the same time to propel them into September, which we've seen in the past, or having to come out of a big skid.
Um, but just playing consistent, consistently good baseball day after day.
Yeah.
I, I think also having Miz on the mound-
[laughs]
... has helped us quite a bit.
Yes, that's helpful too, obviously.
[laughs]
