They've been struggling with not just how to get the lights back on, talking streetlights here, but how they keep them on.

I'm near Booth and Clarke in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood.

Residents here tell me their streetlights have been out for at least 10 days.

She was reporting on this outage in the Riverwest neighborhood, but it's not unique to Riverwest.

And here's what DPW was telling her at the time, and is doubling down on now, what's causing these streetlights to be out.
