Tim Dillard

I think when you get into the postseason, I've said this a million times, and I think people understand it and agree with it, you've lost your guys.

You've had Jeff Levering, Brian Anderson, Bill Schroeder, Tim Dillard, Vinny Bertino.

Shouts to all the guys.

Craig Cushon on pregame.

Well, you-

I talked to Tim Dillard today.

Mm-hmm.

And Dilly was saying, it was on the, uh, podcast with Wayne Larave.

You can hear him on his podcast, Buses, Benches & Baseball.

It's time to hear from FanDuel Sports Network Brewers analyst, Tim Dillard, as he joins Wisconsin Sports Daily, powered by the Potawatomi Sports Book on the Wisconsin Sports Radio Network.

I, I, I, I don't know what Tim Dillard's been doing today, but he has a bottle cap on his head currently.

And it's a big bottle cap at that.

If, if you're streaming live, you, you should be at WI Sports Radio to see what Tim Dillard is wearing today for us.

What, what, what are you wearing on your head, Tim Dillard?

It's a, it's a bottle cap.

You haven't seen these at the game?

It hasn't necessarily transferred to the playoffs.

Uh, Tim Dillard is a Brewers TV an- analyst.

He is, of course, a former MLB pitcher, and he joins us on Blair and Barca.

Tim, thanks so much for joining us today.

Missed actually probably 65 calls from my manager, 'cause I put my phone under my laptop.

[laughs] And then I, I wake up like, "Oh my gosh." And then, uh, Tim Dillard, I don't know if you guys know Tim Dillard.

Yeah.

But he ended up calling me for the manager trying to get to me.

All right, so you're, you're known for your impressions, right?

Yeah, give me, give me your impressions.

You, so you, you referenced Tim Dillard earlier.

Yeah, yeah.

We got him?

We're hoping to get our guy, Tim Dillard, from the Brewers broadcast on Wisconsin's Morning News for Brewers 360.

Hey, buddy.

Hey, hey.

The big league game is just a different game.

Because in the minors, and we heard this from Tim Dillard, in the minors, you're being developed.

It's not about winning and losing.

It's not about the pressures of winning and losing.

People bring the beer.

We met Tim Dillard at a game.

He gave us his Broken Bat beer that they made in collaboration with him.

And so, uh, you know, it's, it's always a good time.

One of the cool things about her is she's bilingual, so she will interview the Latino players in Spanish, and, you know, so that they can answer in their native languages and really give a, a, a f- a thoughtful answer that she can translate for fans, and I just think that's so valuable, um, and humanizing of them as people.

And then, um, you know, we got Jeff Levering.

We got Tim Dillard.

We have, you know, Vinny.
