Uh, currently on the year he has 24 catches for 326 yards and three touchdowns.

Uh, and perhaps most importantly, he's played in all five games so far this season [chuckles] for the 49ers.

Uh, I would not expect Mike Evans to play a full season, just given his, you know, track record.

We'll see when those missed games do come, hopefully, uh, at a time when the 49ers are able to overcome them.

But, you know, assuming he does play all 17 games, which perhaps is foolish, but extrapolating his current stat line out to 17 games, he is on pace for 82 catches, 1,108 yards, and 10 touchdowns.

That is exactly what you would hope for from this version of Mike Evans, right? Go over 1,000 yards, get 80 to 90 catches, uh, and if you could get to double digit touchdowns, that would be phenomenal.

Uh, by the way, if Mike Evans does hit 10 touchdowns this year, he would be the first 49ers wide receiver with 10 touchdowns or more since Terrell Owens all the way back in the early 2000s.

Uh, Niners have had some tight ends go over 10 receiving touchdowns, but no receivers since Evans.

Uh, Jauan Jennings almost did it last year, and then he got ejected [chuckles] off the last game of the season, so, uh, pretty funny stuff.

Uh, but it's more than just the stats with Mike, right? Mike's impact goes beyond the box score.

He is a free explosive play, uh, really kind of whenever you ask him to be for this offense, even at this point in cr- in his career.

Any sort of 50/50 ball for any other receiver is like a 90/10 ball in favor of Mike Evans.
