As we continue to grow, we're really starting to move beyond what our current infrastructure can handle regarding not just our numbers, but our ambition, the things that we want to be doing.
but it just doesn't provide the same kind of home, the same kind of hub that I want Mythic Mind to have.
As we continue to hold book clubs, to provide courses, to write articles, to host podcasts, there's all kinds of things I want to be doing to foster this community, both as we internally come closer together around our common interests and common desire to participate in the Christian humanities, but also regarding what we want to produce.
And so on both levels, and especially on that community level, I think it's time for us to have a new digital home, a new hub, a new space for Mythic Mind.
And so we are pretty soon, around the beginning of August, we're going to start to shift away from Patreon.
over to our new, brand new Mythic Mind website, which can be much more user-friendly, much cleaner.
We're restructuring some of how we do things broadly as we make this shift in all ways that I think are going to better suit you and just help us to be more of what it is we've always been trying to be.
And that is this Christian Humanities Fellowship operating outside the bounds of institutional academia.
And so we're going to have more ownership over what we do, going to our independent space, and it's just going to be a better environment overall, better experience.
But for now, I just want to give you a heads up that we're going to start to make that transition soon.
And connected to that, we are going to hit pause on the current Lord of the Rings series.
It is not Going away, but it's going to come back in a somewhat of a different form.
