You pick the places and the people that align more to your being subconsciously more than consciously.

So if you think about the weekend arrives, your weekend arrives and you have options on things to do for the weekend, like we all do.

Depending on who you call and talk to, That typically indicates what you want to do.

Let's say you have friend A who always likes to go and, let's say, go to the local markets on the weekend.

And then you have friend B who loves to go to the mall and... lot of people and shopping and spending and so you have those two people that you they both do this every weekend and your weekend arrives and you're deciding what you want to do depending on who you call i see where this is going this is going right depending on who you call Because all you're doing is when you make that call, you're reinforcing the thought you already have in what you want to do, but you want to reinforce it.

So if you're not interested in going to the mall to walk around, you're not going to call that person and be like, hey, what did you do this weekend? You're not going to do it.

And if you really think about that, That's what happens to a lot of people when they make decisions.

You're just looking for reinforcement, right? So going back to that comment there, it really, where you go reflects...

where I would say home is, where the love is, where the things are that resonates with you.

Your gut's telling you where you should go, right? Just, we don't listen enough to it.

We pass it off as, ah, it's just, but no, actually, it's your body telling you what you should do and what you should follow.

And we need the reinforcements But that's an example of how, in practice, how our body works when we try to figure out what we want to do and where we want to go and who we want to see and who we want to be around.
