I, you know, when we were having a pre-call meeting, you would basically mention, you know, uh, one challenge, which is like, you know, getting content out of an organization.

And I mean, I, I think any, uh, company that is creating websites might be able to sympathize here and that, and that is a challenge.

And I sympathize with all the people that are going through this website process because it is, it's not just an endeavor that, you know, you hire the company, they build it, they do the thing.

So, you know, but why is content such a difficult problem for banks specifically? And why should they dedicate resources to, you know, honing, creating, calling, making this content?
On one hand, there's the, well, AI is here and I can just have AI create it for me.
We've seen content that has been delivered to us and I had already mentioned the commodity content.
If you could pick that up and put it on any website, chances are AI knows that as well and you're not gonna really get much of an interest.
So it's not gonna do you much good from a visibility perspective and those that actually read it are gonna not fall in love with it.
The hard part about the other side of that, and I mentioned this, is giving examples, referencing customer quotes, having employees within your organization be quoted.
If you're writing an article about mortgage loans and buying a house for the first time, get your loan officer to be quoted of what they love about helping people buy houses.
become homeowners, have your homeowners quote about what they loved about working with the bank and reference it back to your local market area, specific examples, maybe worked with a particular realtor or whatnot.
And a marketer who is usually the one that has the keys to the website isn't a mortgage professional.
They don't understand treasury and cash management like somebody that works in that department.
so producing that type of content has historically been a challenge for marketers what what we have availability now to do and this is where ai can be beneficial is roll up to their office and you know let's say you're a mortgage lender you've been doing it for 20 years all right brent i'm going to take my iphone i'm going to press the record button and we're just gonna have a conversation.
And you're gonna talk about what you love, and I'm gonna get that passion to come out of you about how excited you are when you help people realize they can finally buy a house, they stop renting, they got a fenced in backyard, they can get a dog, they've got a place for their kids.
