[gentle music] But I want to show something very important today and I've titled this one, God is Father or God is Daddy.

God is Father or God is Daddy.

So it's a continuation from, from last week.

And remember last week we said we approach God as a father and that, um, a lot of people, one of the wrong ideologies they have about prayer is not enough good works or they have to, they have to perform, they have to earn, all right, access to God.

But the Bible tells us that we have access to Him by His blood, all right, and by the finished works of Christ.

So we tried to establish that last week and then we started talking about understanding God as a father, that we're talking to a father and, um, we said, um, we cannot say God is not a good father if we have not been a child.

Can you remember that?

Yes.

Um, and then we also said it's important that, so it's not just head knowledge, we look from scriptures how God fathers, what to expect, what are- what should be your expectations.

The Bible says the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut short.

That's what expectation there is, is talking about.

It's not hope.

It's talking about expectation.

There's a difference.
