Episode 582: The year of MMO sequels is upon us

[laughs] So yeah, I didn't have a whole lot of play time this weekend, honestly.

You're starting to sound like Brie.

I-

"I was working.

I didn't get to play."

I was working, and like, this weekend in particular was pretty, pretty hectic because of RuneFest.

Like, I knew there was gonna be a lot to go, to go over when, when that wrapped up.

So I sort of, I don't know if you're like me, where you get into, like, you know there's something that is coming up, especially if it requires, like, a lot of attention or work focus or whatever, and, and you mentally halt all sorts of other plans.

Even if you know you have, like, a couple of hours to yourself, you just-

Mm-hmm

... stop and wait.

I don't know if you're the same way.

Sometimes, yeah.

Yeah.

But, uh, that was kind of what happened to me, but I did get a little bit of time in my usuals.

So I continued to goof around in Skate.

There's another week of, uh, of stuff to unlock and chase after, and I am, I'm oh so close to the in-game inflatable sumo outfit.

Um, that is very important for me to get because it is bouncy, and you can bounce around while wearing it.

Um... [laughs]

[laughs] You're living your Chris Farley fan-

I really [laughs] am.

I absolutely am.

But, like, I've seen somebody, I've seen some shenanigans with people wearing that, and so, like, I need that.

I absolutely have to have it.

Yes.
