okay james since you're a little late i'm just gonna run through the pre-shift with you real quick before we uh go ahead and get you on the floor here

Well, now that I have moved up to a managerial position, pre-shift is 15 minutes before your shift starts.

So if you get there, I'm okay here for that.

So 4.30 shift is really 4.15 shift.

Yeah, that's a great way to think about it.

Okay, so when I put it in the computer and it says 4.30, I'll actually just write it down on my phone

When you put what in the computer?

When I get my schedule from the computer and it says 4.30, I'll know that actually you mean 4.15.

That would be great.

On days that I'm managing, at least.

I'm not sure how Katie is doing it, but yeah.

Katie sort of lets us come in however we want.

She said if I want to wear different shoes, she's cool with it, like whatever.

um you know for most almost everyone i do just generally want to say keep the shoes for cruise for you especially i would say let's keep those non-slips yeah

okay okay and again apologies on the lateness i totally get it now i will be a star pupil

uh i have full faith in you and i'm not coming down on you at all um it's gonna be i know that everything is a little more lax um But I think one of the reasons I got promoted from being a server like you to a manager like me is that they want me to kind of whip everybody here into shape a little bit.
