Walt Disney World Updates: Holiday Shows, Fireworks and Resort News

In Magic Kingdom, as I mentioned, the broadcast dates for the 2026 ABC Disney Parks Holiday Specials have been announced.

Monday, November 30th, 8 to 10 p.m. Eastern Time.

The Wonderful World of Disney Holiday Spectacular.

The annual seasonal celebration will feature new musical performances from Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California.

Then on Friday, December 25th at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade.

The Christmas morning special returns with celebrity performances from both resorts.

So that's exciting.

Who's hosting it this year? I don't know.

They didn't say.

Okay.

And the showtimes for the 2026 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have been released.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Time Parade will take place at 8.30 p.m. and 11.00 p.m.

Guests can see Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration at 7.40, 9.25, 10.35, and 11.55 p.m. And Minnie's Wonderful Christmas Time Fireworks will be shown at 10.00 p.m. Not to go along with this, the New Year Eve fireworks have all been set too.

Magic Kingdom has Fantasy in the Sky on both December 30th and December 31st with two shows each night.

First one's at 6.30 for the little ones that want to see it.

And the next one at 11.50.

For the big ones that want to see it.

For the big ones.

I would watch both.

That's just me.

I would ride one of them and watch the other.

Oh, yeah.

That's true.

Epcot has Cheers to the New Year on December 31st at 11.54 p.m. Luminous also runs that night at 6.30 p.m. And at Hollywood Studios, they have a three-minute countdown firework show on December 31st at 11.57 p.m. near the Chinese Theater.
