How good am I at something? And progression, how well am I recognized for it? Am I certified for it? Do I have a title? Do I get more money? Do I have more power and influence, et cetera? These are the ways in which you can understand yourself.

So it becomes another really crucial question, not just in terms of communicating to other people, but in terms of self-identification.

What is your brand? What is it that you believe about yourself? In what way are you differentiated? Why should somebody care about what it is you do? And then obviously that then begs the question of if that's what I am, what do I want to be?
