The Impact of the Removal of Black Women from the Workplace

I have two minds about this, so let me address the first thing.

She said, in essence, being in these spaces now as diminishing, as dim- diminishing amount of Black women are, are, you know, as, as women are going, Black women are going away, she has to now pay closer attention to how she responds to those slights, you know? Perhaps in the past she would cuss somebody out or, d- you know, be really strong and aggressive about how you are disrespecting her.

She's thinking twice now about that.

She's thinking about how she wears her hair.

She's thinking about how she dresses.

All the things that we thought we had moved through, we're going back.

That is very telling, but if you need your job, I get it, but I think you're also training people to be disrespectful when this thing is o- I don't know.

How do you feel about that, Tramelle?

I'm not going backwards, not an inch, not...

You can't disrespect me now because my numbers are low.

In fact, it's just the opposite for me, because now I feel like I'm represent- re- representing all of the excellence that you pushed out because you feel some ways.

So abs- they actually, I would be probably more hellfire and more disturbing for their comfort than ever.

And then when I let, when I'm let go, does it matter? Were you gonna like me anymore? Were you gonna promote me anymore or keep me any longer because I bit my tongue? Absolutely not.

And that still shocks me
