I heard a great interview, fantastic interview last week.

I wish I could remember the sister's name, but they were talking about postpartum depression, but speaking specifically about it in black women.

And this woman has an organization that supports Black women postpartum in L.A. I'm going to look into it and remember.

And it started with a simple question.

And in terms of cultural meaning making connected to movement and memory, as Michael Jackson might ask, do you remember 10 years ago, 10 years ago right now? It's when Colin Kaepernick took that knee.
