Dr. Brian Scott with you this morning, this afternoon, whatever time you happen to be watching us.

We have been examining for several months, actually several years, where we might be on God's timetable as it pertains to the end times.

And Jesus made a comment in the scriptures that this generation would not pass away until the end had come.

So someone came up with the concept that 1948 plus 40 years equals 1988, and Jesus will be coming back in 1988.

Well, that individual who wrote the book talking about 1988 being the end made a lot of money, but Jesus didn't come back in 1988.

And so we've continued, as you know, to study where we might be on the timetable God has set for the return of Jesus to the earth.

to retrieve the church of Christian believers and take them to heaven before the last seven-year period of life on earth comes to pass.

That's called the tribulation period, and it's referred to in Daniel chapter nine as one week of years.

That's seven years when God's wrath will be poured out on the earth against those who have refused him and refused his son Jesus.

And we've been studying, the last few weeks, we have been studying the various judgments that God's bringing out on the earth.

Now, if you've been listening to our podcasts over the last couple of years, we've studied these things several different
times.

And not because we don't have anything else to share with you, but because the intensity of life today keeps accelerating and increasing and becoming more pronounced, bringing us closer and closer and closer to the end.

God is moving us closer to the end, and it's kind of going like this instead of like this.
