Now for a quick story synopsis.

The legendary golden pistols of Buffalo Bill Cody have been stolen by a Russian villain, and Cody's granddaughter Elizabeth asks Indiana Jones to be her guide into Russia to retrieve her family heirlooms.

The US State Department offers to foot the bill, if any does a little intelligence gathering on the area while he's there, so he accepts.

It doesn't take long before Indy finds himself battling Cossacks and the local law enforcement, but he and Elizabeth end up leaving with the Cossacks, who intend to help Indy recover the pistols.

But not before a spy in the Cossack camp waylays Indy, ties him to four horses, cracks the whip, and begins the quartering process.
