John Wall Talks New NBA Season, LeBron's 76ers, Cowboys’ Issues | In Motion With Ashley Nicole Moss

We ought to talk about the San Antonio Spurs, too, because they obviously took a massive leap, right, in that last season, in this last season, rather.

I'm curious, though, they went into that finals appearance feeling high, right? They took down OKC, a team a lot of people had going back and possibly repeating.

They're riding high.

Wemby, we know he loves being the villain.

He embraces it.

And they just have a disaster performance in every single game in some way, shape, or form.

Does that make a team, or does that break a team?

It makes a team because you look at it, they should have won the finals.

They have 15 every game.

Can't say that in New York.

Don't say that.

I

speak my mind.

I'm just being honest.

If you're up 15 every game, you feel like you lost the finals.

You gave it away.

You know what I mean? For sure.

So it goes from a team that if you watched them beat OKC, they was crying when they won the Wisconsin finals.

They did.

So that was their championship to them.

Because they didn't think they was going to beat them.

You know what I mean? They already knew that was the hurdle to get over.

And Spurs never thought they was going to be there that early.

They thought they had like another two more years to get there.

They just overachieved very early.
