We Are The Campeones

There were some crazy moments, I will say.

There was some, I will say, I feel like the, I don't know, every series.

The second round in Guadalajara, there were some games where I was unwell in the stands and just crazy.

That bases loaded, was it one out? The ninth inning, tenth inning, what game was that? I don't remember.

No, that was in, oh, that wasn't.

That was in Monterey.

That was Romero Pena hitting against Brett Degas, and we brought five men on the infield.

Oh, that's

right.

But there was another one in Guadalajara, too, like one of the rainout, like the doubleheader games, I want to say.

There was a crazy – there was just a lot.

There was intense games.

But – it was fun.

And it's always one of those, when you come out on the right side of those games, you're reminded why you love baseball and why you love sports and why they're so fun to watch.

But in the moment you feel sick and you just think, why is, why does my life revolve around this? Why do I, I can't be this invested in something where I'm physically sick over these games, but that's part of playoff baseball and sports in general.

But

It's funny that you say that because I mean, we did it about as easy as you could do it.

We played four, seven game series.

We only lost five games.

So we went three and one, three and one, three and one, and then three and two, or sorry, four and one, four and one, four and one and four and two in the final.

And it is like the emotions.

of you and Karina in the car after the game between a win and the loss was

wild.

Like, it was like, yeah, like, party.

F yeah, here we go.
