So when you think about support, most people are going to think about tickets and emails, maybe a chat bot, maybe AI responses or phone calls.

But like we've talked about in this podcast quite a few times, your support service should be more like a firehouse.

The idea that while, yes, we're putting out fires, the best support teams are creating an environment where fires aren't happening in the first place.

And so people don't have to come to you for help because they don't need help because they've been educated up front.

When I think about podcasting in a support sense, that just feels like a natural, proactive approach to support.

And so I'm really, you know, I'm excited to talk about it because I think it's something that can set you apart from your competition and is something that can be a fun, creative way to interact

So first, I want to go back a couple of years to I think it was about 2018 when we launched a podcast under the Buzzsprout umbrella called Five Minute Mondays.

So the idea of this podcast was a podcast that came out weekly every Monday and it was, you know, five minutes there about.
