One is if you're deficient in vitamin B1 because you're eating too many carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates or sugar.

In my case, that was me because I would always have about a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream before bed.

And that was just completely messing up my B1.

And the potassium.

Great city for the kids to have fun.

There's a Ben and Jerry's right there.

That would be a good option.

You know, Seth Trimble, again, part of this has to do with NIL, but for him, you know, the Ben and Jerry's there in Chapel Hill.

Dan Marley, NBA guard, and I think I mentioned this before on this program, owns a chain of restaurants in Arizona, and they're literally called Marley's, and they just serve traditional kind of sports bar American food, and they're everywhere.

They're ubiquitous when it comes to sports bars, kind of like Carolina Alehouse, Buffalo Brothers, Sharky's, name your favorite place around here that's kind of that bit.

Thank God.

Another, uh, ice cream that hit hard in the '80s, and they're also still around today, they're probably the biggest, uh, ice cream trend of the '80s that stuck, is Ben & Jerry's.

Uh, Ryan, I gotta tell you, you're from Vermont, Ben & Jerry's is from Vermont.

I really sweated th- the Ben & Jerry's question [laughs] 'cause couldn't be too easy, couldn't be too impossible.

Now, all I had in the cinema was one of the little tubs of Ben and Jerry's, which are about 200 calories.

Fair enough.

And a zero drink.

Shame on the school who put you into seminary.

Cause y'all done made my heart colder than some Ben and Jerry's.

Man, I'm on a mission.

This ain't nothing but a missionary date.

we're going to go and get apple ice cream and I was like they have apple ice cream like that sounds amazing and I've never seen it before I've never seen apple ice cream

I've seen like an apple pie ice cream but it's like cinnamon bits of pie and I think it was a Ben and Jerry's one they did and it was awesome but I've never seen an apple gelato or something like that that would be cool

that would be good refreshing for the summer

they don't really explain so again that probably goes back to the lore that you were talking about Mel like the obviously the older son They kind of use that as a thing.
