TimoPANELIST

yeah now with um They have a connector.
TimoPANELIST
59:05
I think they have a connector to CapCut and they have a connector to some other video editing tool so I can basically dump your Entire two hour long live and ask it to produce like 55 10 second clips with a cinematic style with depending on if it's a heavy hitting content, please do that on a murky kind of scary movie way, or then do a light jokes type of thing for a different kind of, so you can describe what kind of clips you want and then just dump the video there and they will do it.
TimoPANELIST
59:52
And they actually can do movies too, just like describe what you want.
TimoPANELIST
59:57
You can throw your own face image there, and it turns you into a talking head video with captions and everything.
TimoPANELIST
60:07
And you don't even need the CapCut connector, but if you want to edit things, it allows you to do so after.
TimoPANELIST
60:15
It works with Cloud Code too, and I guess Codex does have that too.
TimoPANELIST
60:21
So you don't need editing skills anymore.
Steve HallGUEST
8:34
And I...
Steve HallGUEST
8:35
So I spent far too long trying to work out how to use Audacity and CapCut and put it up on the internet, little... you know edited down partly just going hey if if it turns out to be jack loud and how prophetic am i yeah and uh it cost me i've as soon as i put it up within a day i lost 27 followers on instagram
John RainHOST
8:59
Oh, you know, they just weren't ready for your truth telling.
John RainHOST
9:03
Yeah.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:35
You guys hear me talk about edits all the time.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:37
You do not need to spend money on CapCut.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:40
Praise the Lord.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:41
And now you definitely don't have to spend money on CapCut.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:43
No hate to CapCut.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:44
CapCut's great.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:45
But even me, the non-techie, the editing girl, the girl who grew up editing videos, that app is overwhelming to me.
Shannon McKinstrieHOST
3:53
I get very overwhelmed.
Alessya BaggettaGUEST
22:45
It's not sustainable.
Alessya BaggettaGUEST
22:47
So when I work with clients, sometimes it's a challenge because they say oh I saw this on Pinterest I love it can you design this or this new trend of the butter yellow or whatever the serif font that I see on CapCut like I want that I want that in my branding and it's like okay cool but then that like what does that say about your brand if you're going to continue to rebrand so we actually take a step back and we send a very intensive intake form before we actually start creating because I need to know the values who you're targeting What are your goals? Short-term goals, long-term goals.
Alessya BaggettaGUEST
23:24
What is your, you know, vision for the future? Are you looking to launch a product in the future? Are you looking to open up a studio? And then from there we can start drafting design.
Alessya BaggettaGUEST
23:37
So we kind of do the strategy first, lay down the foundation, look at your pillars, look at all that.
Jay CactusHOST
43:34
okay in edits you actually see a lot more analytics don't you is that a separate app Yeah, do not use it for Instagram.
Jay CactusHOST
43:45
Is there a version of CapCut in a way? It doesn't have as much as CapCut, but how CapCut is for TikTok.
Jay CactusHOST
43:52
It's like, yeah, edits are just for Instagram.
Jay CactusHOST
43:56
Would you say it's better? I wouldn't say it's better than CapCut, no.
Jay CactusHOST
44:00
But it's better than editing directly in the Instagram app.
LLBHOST
44:05
Okay, yeah.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:29
Yep.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:30
Canva, CapCut.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:31
I love Instagram edits right now, honestly.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:33
Edits is a good one.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:37
Edits is kind of the girl.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:39
I love edits.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:40
But CapCut, obviously.
Natalie MatesicGUEST
32:42
Oh, yeah.
Katie LanceHOST

Screenshot those articles or screenshot what you see in Google.
Katie LanceHOST
0:28
Open up Instagram or the edits app or the CapCut app and use the green screen feature so you have that behind you.
Katie LanceHOST
0:35
Now here's the important part.
Katie LanceHOST
0:36
When you've got that video or that article or that image, you'll just read it.
Katie LanceHOST
1:22
This is a way to create content quickly if you have a little bit of time and you need to crank out four or five videos.
Katie LanceHOST
1:27
You could take four or five screenshots, go in your car, don't do this while you're driving, and record them quickly and easily.
Katie LanceHOST
1:32
Use either the Instagram app natively or Edits, which is owned by Instagram, or CapCut.
Katie LanceHOST
1:37
You've got those screenshots, put it behind you, and now you can talk to whatever your screenshot is.
BrandyHOST
21:30
Because I had to blur all the kids' faces.
BrandyHOST
21:33
And to do that, fun fact, I had to go into CapCut with each individual little clip from each classroom.
BrandyHOST
21:43
Put it in there.
BrandyHOST
21:44
Blur it.
Kristen JensonGUEST
43:17
Music apps can be a real problem.
Kristen JensonGUEST
43:22
CapCut, which is a video editing app, can be a problem.
Kristen JensonGUEST
43:25
Kids can find out ways to communicate through all these apps that you wouldn't think had any kind of texting ability, but they find a way.
Kristen JensonGUEST
43:36
So I would delay.
Jennifer MagleyGUEST
22:33
Bitch.
Jennifer MagleyGUEST
22:40
It ain't my fault, you know? So if you make a show that easy to copy that a middle-aged Midwestern melanated mom from the middle of nowhere can go in and just get on CapCut and scale up within 15 minutes and own your brand, that's not my problem.
Jennifer MagleyGUEST
22:53
Right? So maybe we need to try harder.
Patrick ArmstrongHOST
22:56
Yeah.
