Jon TesterHostI need to get out there and set him up with the right earpieces, but he'll probably lose he's on mute so he can't even respond to this he i can say whatever i want and he can't respond this is great um okay so senator uh we have some breaking news for you this morning a federal appeals court just ruled let me put this on the stage uh that president trump has to stop all construction of his 400 million dollar ballroom project at the white house unless he can get congressional approval here the court said that he does not have the authority to do this on his own, to build this.
But I mean, you know, the shitty thing is that nothing can be done to get the East Wing back.

You got people that are out there struggling to buy groceries and put food on the table and buy their medicines and the president's building some damn Taj Mahal.

The sad part is, as you read that court ruling, it's gonna require Congress to act.

Congress has rubber-stamped every damn thing this president's wanted, and I anticipate they'll do the same thing this time.

I think it's a huge waste of taxpayer dollars, and this, not unlike the wall, was supposed to be paid for by private donations.

The word conservative does not apply to Republicans anymore, as was pointed out to me by James Steele here a while back on this podcast.

James Steele actually was the former chairman of the Spanish Tudor tribe here in Montana.

He did that on his own accord because he's such a brilliant real estate man who's went bankrupt six times.
