So September is a few-- has a few, uh, different environmental holidays, and I'll first off with the different weeks and, um, certain celebrations that are celebrated like in the third day or second day, et cetera, of the month of September.

So first off, the first week of September is Zero Waste Week, and also in the European Union, they celebrate European Mobility Week.

It's also, um, the celebration of National Drive Electric Week, so you'll see a lot of electric vehicles being shown and, um, EV car shows and that sort of thing.

And also it's the beginning of Climate Week, um, with the UN General Assembly usually in session, if that hasn't changed.

There is International, uh, Vulture Awareness Day.

That is the first Saturday in September.

National Hummingbird Day, which is the first Saturday in September as well.

On the third Saturday of September is International Cleanup Day or Cleanup the World Campaign, and the International Red Panda Day is celebrated in September on the third Saturday.

And, uh, those are some of the, um, days.

I may repeat some of these because other countries have, um, their celebrations too, so that's something to, um, take note.

All right.

So, um, other holidays when it comes to September are the anniversary of the passenger pis- pigeons extinction back in nineteen fourteen.

That's on September first.

International Primate Day, Wattle Day, which is a flower, and then National Organic Month is also celebrated, uh, on, uh, or in September.

The first three holidays I mentioned are celebrated on September first.

Uh, there are so many holidays to keep track of, um, in the month of September.

So there is also on September fourth, National Wildlife Day, and then the day after, Amazon Rainforest Day.

September sixth is World She Birds Day.

September seventh is International Day of Clean Air.

And then there's the International Day of Clear Air for Blue Skies.

September twelfth is the Carl Gardner Federal Lands Cleanup Day and s- also Farmers Consumer Awareness Day on the twelfth.

September fifteenth is Greenpeace Day.

I didn't know that before, um, looking up a lot of the different holidays for September 'cause it wasn't like this, um, last year.

September sixteenth, um, is International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer.
