And my question is, in heaven, will we continue to grow in love for Christ continually for all of eternity?

Yes.

So, heaven is entering into the presence of God, and what makes heaven heaven is that we are in God's presence, right? Heaven is is not just heaven because it's a beautiful place and a perfect place.

It's not just heaven because the angels are there or because the saints are there.

It's not just heaven because departed loved ones who are in Christ are there.

All of those things are wonderful benefits, but what makes heaven heaven is being with our Savior.

And for all of eternity, we will grow in our understanding of the perfections of God.

And because he is infinite, that is an example inexhaustible, a unexhaustible, inexhaustible pursuit of knowing God and loving God and discovering all of who he is in the fullness of his perfections, and we will never exhaust who he is, and it will fuel our worship because he will be the object of our worship.

So even though, as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13, We will know even as we are known, we'll have much greater knowledge.

Obviously, we will not experience the noetic effects of sin, of a depraved mind.

We will be sinless, and yet our understanding of who God is will continue to expand as we grow in our knowledge and in the richness of our fellowship with our infinite and inexhaustible God.
