Gray SutantoHostCory BrockHostToday it's just me, uh, James here with Gray, and, um, this is a sort of Grace in Common shorts episode, so we're just gonna record for about 20 minutes.
And we are doing, uh, like a recap and, uh, a few reflections on a conference that we were both at two weeks ago at the University of Basel.
So this was the European Neo-Calvinism conference that happens every second year.
Um, so hence historic location, Karl Barth, famous, um, neo-orthodox 20th century theologian, uh, who was based in Basel for a good chunk of his career.
Um, although it's just the two of us on the podcast, we do also have one of the plenary speakers on the podcast, and that was our own Dr.
So, um, yeah, Gray, I thought it would be good if we just, um, hear a little bit about what your plenary was on and, um, I gave a paper as well, so I can say something about that.
But I think it'd, it'd be great just to talk through some of the other papers that we heard and, and your impressions of the conference, um, our thoughts on maybe how, how the conference, uh, changed some of our thinking, let's say, or confirmed some of it on, um, Neo-Calvinism in relation to Barthian theology.
