No Holding Back

So free speech, you guys, what the fuck? I don't like that they're coming for us where if you have an opinion, you want to say something that maybe a little bit, even if it's just a joke.

One thing that I fault the comedians during the time of COVID.

COVID silenced everyone.

Everyone had their panties in a twist.

They were scared for their life, clutching their pearls and their balls.

whatever balls they had left, and they would not make jokes or push back against anything.

And so to me, the comedians really did a disservice and failed me comically.

Thank you very much.

The whole point of America, well, not that whole point, but one of the most important things that I think is to have freedom of speech to say what you want without fear of persecution.

And you should be able to do that, whether it's horrific or not.

And I actually believe that hate speech as well

doesn't exist.

Free speech exists to protect speech that you don't like.

It's not even just that, because like in the founding of the country, blasphemy was fully considered as exempt from the First Amendment because the country was 100 percent religious and 99 percent Christian.

The idea was that under free speech at the time, you can criticize the ruling order without fear of repercussion.

That has been completely subsumed.

We thought woke, you know, people like, oh, woke's been defeated.

Donald Trump was elected.

No, the woke pyre is striking back right now.

And right now we've got like Michael Rapaport coming out and saying basically starting to echo Matt Walsh, which is rapid evolution, by the way.

And he's like Sophie Cunningham is the most important person in the WNBA right now.

I love her.
