I really feel like with, you know, this is rich coming from three guys who do a podcast, but we- you probably shouldn't put a lot of stuff on the internet.

Um, But there was something that touched this person's lives very personally.

So, for example, two Hispanic businessmen, they're contractors in Texas and Houston.

They were, you know, one guy voted for Trump three times, like really believed in him.

um the other guy had voted for trump twice including in 24 because of the economy and for them it was the economy's not going great but then also it was ice and the way ice was treating you know very they got very emotional and they were these were men who said the democrats blew it on the border you know that is part of the reason why i voted for trump was because i wanted that border to be secure it's secure now but what they're doing now is undignified and inhumane the other group of people were three, well, one woman was a never-Trump Republican, so I don't think she had ever bought into him, but the other two were mothers in Tarrant County, Fort Worth, Texas, it's like their swing area, who were really upset about the MAGA takeover of their school boards, okay? So, like, what's interesting about this to me is, remember back in 2021, and Glenn Youngkin and the Loudoun County, Virginia, Loudoun County school board, like, he He ran on all of this.

A lot of whites have these problems, but I just-

I'll tell you it's not just Black and Hispanic

No, but it, but I'm giving you-

But why bring up Black and Hispanic?

Because the magnitude is ominous.

But why so many of them?

A lot of, lot of different reasons.

Lots of opportunity-

Our next guest, Nick Plum, observed all of this happening and posted in response, "Ted Cruz getting booed at a UT game is funny, but the enrollment data behind the university is far more interesting.

From 2012 to 2025 across the UT system, their own data shows white enrollment fell by more than 15,000 students, Hispanic enrollment increased by nearly 36,000, and Asian enrollment rose by more than 13,000.

So yes, Ted got booed, but the bigger story is that Texas has watched its flagship public university system undergo an extraordinary demographic transition in roughly one decade.

Maybe Texas politicians should start asking how it happened and do something about it." Here's our take.

I think the big takeaway here is that immigration impacts, uh, don't just stop with the worker.

We, in Texas, have had a, uh, you know, a, a big influx of H-1B workers, and those impacts then trickle down into the universities.

Uh, as a result, what we're seeing in the, in the state of Texas is we have more Asian students enrolled in the University of Texas than we have, uh, Hispanic males.

We have more Asian females than we have Black and, uh ...

47% independents support a gold standard.

Of those, 58% are men, conservatives 55%, born again Christians 52%, Hispanics, veterans both 51%.

So the return to a gold standard, even Black voters 50% and suburban, suburban voters 48%.
