Episode 159: Book to Movie Adaptation - A Walk to Remember

All right, so A Walk to Remember came out in 2002.

I did not realize that it was that early in the 2000s.

I was a little shooketh by that.

And it's based on the 1999 Nicholas Sparks romance novel.

So of course, you are expected to cry because that's what he's good at.

It's directed by Adam Shankman, who I've always liked.

He did Hairspray, the phenomenal film with Zac Efron.

And he did The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey, which was one of and still is one of my favorite movies.

I've seen that one hundreds of times.

That's one of my favorite rom-coms.

I always get that one and Made in Manhattan confused.

That one was also good.

That one is good.

Who's the lead guy in Made in Manhattan?
