Sean TyndallGuestBefore I get into all of that, I want to give a shout out to a very good friend of ours to this podcast and a good friend to me over the years.
She's an Irish Olympian, she's a European champion, she's a world medalist, she's a very, very special lady, Gráinne Walsh.
Since I started this pod way, way back, Gráinne has been an ever-present, whether it's a text message here and there, a little chat, a little bit of a boxing conversation or just a, hey, how's things, how are you? She's been an ever-present and she's going through a little bit of a rehab at the moment.
We thought that the rehabilitation had gone well in Brazil where she was just taken to her second career seamlessly as the social media content creator for Boxing Ireland but sadly that wasn't to be.
She went under the knife a couple of weeks ago and she's vlogging it and she's detailing it very deeply and very in-depthly as well on her socials.
If you haven't seen it go and have a look at Gráinne Walsh but She's had a crucial ligament reconstruction and she is well into the rehab at the moment.
She's flying it, killing it, absolutely kicking its ass the way she has kicked opponents ass over the years.
Grog, just giving you a big shout out, wishing you the very best because nobody has been through the ringer more and nobody knows how to cope with this mental, physical and everything else that comes with it.
So we're right behind you all the way and looking forward to watching the detail of how you overcome this among all the other challenges that you've done
