Wayne JacobsenGuestBrock RoggieHostThere's something about, like, when you get sharpened, there's friction, and, and it's ugly and it hurts, but the end result is that you are then at a place where you could now go and learn, "I have more to teach you." That's what, you know-
And like, whoa, that is something to think about whenever you're going through any kind of trial, is like, and James talks about this, maybe I should just be grateful for this trial and, and what, what God has in store for me on the other side of this.
If you can get your head wrapped around that concept, I think, I think that would be so beneficial to not just you, but people around you, too.

So not only when we had pain did we have the pain, we also had the pain of knowing I either earned this or God's failing me, and so you add all that to the pain.

And I, I have since learned you cannot grow up in a age of chaos and not know pain.

It's not proof that you're a failure, that you had sin, 'cause we all struggle with stuff in our lives.
