Driven to Live #55: A Special Week

Before we dive into the news and before we dive into the special episodes that we're Let's talk about what's going to happen starting tomorrow.

Jesus and I will be here in Bentonville, Arkansas.

If you're watching this on Monday, October, what is it? He sees October 26th.

Then we are in Bentonville for the next three days.

And we will specifically be driving Hyundai XRT vehicles.

So the off roadie versions of Hyundai's vehicles very specifically will be driving the Palisade in its XRT trim and will be driving the Santa Fe in its XRT trim.

And then in addition.

There was a vehicle we were supposed to be able to see, but we will not be allowed to see because there was an issue in transport.

We'll talk about that in our next episode.

But we will also get to talk to Hyundai about its new body-on-frame truck SUV platform.

To that end, of those things, Jesus, what sticks out to you? What are you most excited about?

Well, I'm curious to see what offering to do with these vehicles because XRT is It's kind of like in the middle because, you know, sometimes they're just an appearance package.

Sometimes they are full legit offer ready to go anywhere.

This is kind of like in the middle.

So it's kind of like, you know, like it can do certain off-road, but it's not going to be, it's not going to do like, you know, Moab and like that.

So I'm very curious to see how extreme they're going to let us take and pursue these vehicles.

I have driven the older Palisade and some of the Santa Fe XRT trim levels at the ranch and found them to be very capable for what it is, but it's just like, you know, dusty roads, mild trails.

But I didn't take them.

We're really off-road.

We're going like steep climbs or like that.

So that's what I want to find out.

All right.

So yes, because even Hyundai's adamant about saying like, look, this is an off-road inspired, focused.

It's not a full-on 4x4 trail rated type of thing.

So that's what we want to hear.
