Let's shift gears a little bit.

So you leave your experience in Alberta.

At what point did you make the decision to join the military and how did that unfold?

Man, so when I left Alberta, basically just fast forward a bit, I went back home to PEI.

Went to UPEI.

Oh, you did? The university.

What did

you study?

Business and political science.

Good for you.

So it was, I actually, I wanted to do like an international business because I just like how they're going on in the dealings of that.

Like

country to country, import export type stuff.

And the political science kind of fell into that through an academic advisor.

Okay.

Because they're like, that's, the policy and the relations through like political relationships is what drives like all of that kind of like so

imagine people in relationships is what drives you know success imagine so

so yeah so i um i got back there and i was doing that and about halfway through my like schooling uh i was working at vac as a like records management student veterans affairs yeah veterans affairs

right on

Yeah, they had this program that I got into.

Okay.

So as there's a student and one of the other students that was with me came up, he was like, did you hear they killed like Osama bin Laden? And I was like, no.

And he showed, he sent me the link and it was SEAL team or it was like killed in action.

Yeah.
