It is a term that I coined back in 2022, um, and I explain it in chapter one of my COVID book.
Um, it's to describe the nature of the war that is currently being waged against humanity with a view to bringing in global technocracy.
So what I've done, um, and this is a kind of academic side of it really, is to re-theorize the nature of war.
Um, my contention is that the nature of war has fundamentally changed, um, and that it's become particularly evident since 2020 that what we are dealing with here is no longer primarily the old-fashioned concept of war, standing armies, wars between nation states, fighter jets, bullets and bombs.
But there is a more fundamental war which is taking place, um, which is the global class war, uh, waged vertically, if you like, rather than, than horizontally, and it's waged between the ruling classes of the world, which are of necessity in our globalized era now acting as one fundamentally against the rest of humanity.
And it's in order to preserve their own power, their own privileges, their own status, which is significantly under threat now as existing control mechanisms break down.
It would, if successful, involve the abolition of political liberalism and the social contract as we have known it since the American and French Revolutions.
Um, and it is a form of totalitarianism, uh, aided by, uh, digital, bio-digital, uh, technologies, and very broadly, uh, the aim is to be able to, um, monitor and control everyone and everything in real time, and we see this coming in fast now, um, with the so-called digital state, the so-called agentic state powered by AI, the rollout of the data centers, uh, et cetera.
But we should make no bones, uh, about the fact that this is totalitarianism in its essence, in its core.
Uh, I argue that, um, in both books, particularly in Wall Street, the Nazis and the Crimes of the Deep State, when I trace explicitly the, um, the, the continuities, uh, from 1930s Nazi Germany, uh, through to the present, including, uh, the key, uh, actors who are behind, uh, a lot of this.
And so the Omni War concept, um, is to describe the nature of this war, and I argue that because the project of bringing global technocracy is such a big project, it's essentially trying to reshape the entire world in terms of society, economy, politics, everything in this kind of top-down way.
Um, and in order to achieve such wide sweeping change, it can only be done through world war.
Um, and this is what we've seen historically, and we know for a fact, for example, in 1909, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace was looking at war as a means of social engineering.
And of course, it wasn't long after that that, uh, the US was brought into World War I. Um, so it is a form of world war, but it doesn't look anything like the previous two forms of world war, just as they didn't look like anything that came before.
And I think this is completely different to anything that has been seen in history before.
I think the aims, the tactics, the methods, the strategies, et cetera, are all fundamentally different.
