So the Gemara brings now an answer that Rabsheshes gave to answer the contradictions of the Braises.

Rabsheshes, Omar, Rabsheshes says, this that we learned in the second Braise, that the Petr Hamoyr, is no less than 30 days, doesn't mean that there is no mitzvah to redeem during that time, because in the first price, we learn that the Pidgin Aben, Pidgin Petr Hamer, starts immediately.

But Loimar, but that is coming to teach us that if he did not redeem him within 30 days, he does not transgress for not being paydeh.

But once 30 days go over, then he would be transgressing the fact that he was supposed to already redeem it within 30 days.

Either you redeem it, Or you, ayirfa, you break, you chop off the head? Zorami bar chamo.

So what does the Braisse mean when it says, Mitzvosoi kol shloishim yoim, love.

Is it then not that he means, Mitzvosoi kol shloishim yoim, that it's a mitzvah to delay it for 30 days and he should not redeem it immediately after it's born.

So the question on Rav Sheishas is, Rav Sheishas says that you redeem him as soon as it is born.

If you're going to say that the time of the mitzvah extends for 30 days, so why does the Sefer, the Bryce's state, it says it there, Either you redeem it, but that's the same thing even before 30 days.

Not that you can just pay day, because pay day is all the 30 days, the first 30 days as well.

As we learned in the second breis, which states that ein bepetach hamer pochot me shleshim yoyim, which means that there is no mitzvah to redeem it as soon as it's born.

It's not a question because the second Brice that says that there is no Petr Hamer less than 30 days is Rabelezer.

So therefore he also equates the time of the redeeming of the Pentecost to the time of the redeeming of a Bechor Odom, which is from the 30th day and on.

And Ho, the first Breisa which says that you redeem immediately, That follows Rabban on the Lom Akshi.
