So we've spoken about my journey through like when I did hit that depressive state, the on flow of that was when I – To talk, so to talk through it.

So 2019, um, was when I had pretty bad, like real bad depression, um, to the point where I went to work and I was working at the bank at the time I worked at Commonwealth bank and they were so fricking supportive through that, which was amazing.

I was still, um, yeah, still at the bank, but when I was not at the bank, I was at home.

binge watching every series on the weekends, wasn't talking to anyone, wasn't really speaking to family, was just, yeah, pretty much on my own.

And when it had gotten really bad and I had a massive breakdown at work, I was then put on a care plan.

I think the only thing that actually got me out of it was It hit December and I realised that I did not have one good memory for that year.

So there was so many other little on flow effects that kind of led to that, led to that.

So with that whole year being like depressed and not really realizing that I was, I was just obviously just numbing myself and, by December, it dawned on me that I did not have one good memory for that year.

So my big thing, and I'm not into, you know, new year's resolutions or anything like that, but I was like, okay, if I've got not one memory, all I'm going to do is I'm just going to do one thing a month that is takes me out of my shell.
