Yeah, no, I, you know, I think everybody that's in the MVP community is like actively like putting all their stuff into a little MVP.

So for, you know, for inside baseball, like for people that care about the Microsoft MVP program, you basically have to provide a list of all the things that you've done to contribute to the community.

Like every year when you come up for renewal and some people like, they don't provide enough information and they get, you know, they get kind of, you know, bounced is not the right way, but the word to say, but like, they are no longer the program in the program.

Um, so it's, it's kind of a time where people have to do this, like inventory of all the things they've done.

So you're talking about your job title and it reminded me of something kind of funny.

But like so if you work at a bank, the joke is like everybody's a vice president at a bank.

Or if you're like in consulting, like everybody's an associate director, like your first job at a bank.

consulting companies, like associate directors, like, and if you work at other companies, like director is a very important job.

So like, I'm curious for you, like, you know, you say you love your job title, but like you, does the job title carry the same weight to you, even though it's kind of like a very, it's a very specific title.

I was working with an architect who at the time I was an architect and they were really playing, um, power games or trying to play power games.

So if, you know, if we're meeting customers, I've introduced myself, I'm the architect and he'd introduce himself.

And I spoke, yes, I spoke to my boss and just went like, is he my boss? Because if he is, that's a problem.
