And that is, if you had to point to one specific place where communication professionals could be leading right now and really just aren't, where would you point?

You know, I might jump in just to get the conversation kick-started because I think I suggested...

You know, if I think about it, and all of us on this call have been talking about this for years and years and years.

But one of the things... specifically that i've learned over this last little while is we got distracted early in the piece when ai was becoming mainstream um that we looked at the tools and what it could do and we got all excited about you know being able to to prompt being able to work out what we're going to do with the ingredients of our refrigerator to make something really cool um But what we started to do is get distracted by the tools and step back from what outcome can AI give us for our work.

So very much right at the moment, and a lot of what we're teaching in our class is in the center.

If we're using it in understanding our stakeholders or our audiences, how can we get that deeper analytics and understanding of that audience and be able to match what we're going to give from a communication point of view? So each step of the way when it comes to strategic communication, we're able to use AI for its specific task and look at what greater value we can show within the organization.

So if there's one thing, I think it's really about looking at how you can leverage AI.

Because that need for content and content production is just going to diminish from our job.

So if we're a comms person that is really just looking at churning stuff out, anybody can churn stuff out now.

So I think one of the key places and we see it, I see it in the marketing side as well.
