Empowers Us to Be His Witness

So we're in a series on the person of the Holy Spirit.

I'm going to pray in a moment.

We're going to jump into it.

But it's an important series.

Research shows that over half of the people who follow God basically are this.

We're good with the Father.

We understand that God is a Father.

He's the Creator.

We are really good with Jesus, His Son, because Jesus Christ died on a cross to save me from my sins.

Anybody grateful? His blood was shed.

Yeah, we just sang about it.

His mercy and grace, what he paid for on that cross, we're grateful for.

But actually over half of those who follow God say that this Holy Spirit is a mystery.

I just don't understand the person of the Holy Spirit.

And I'm just here to declare today that he does not have to be a mystery.

The Holy Spirit is a person.

He is God.

And here's the best news, everybody.

He's knowable.

You can know him.

And by just a hand clap of praise, is anybody at Church of the Highlands, is anybody grateful for the person of the Holy Spirit? He's touched your life.

He's changed your life.

You're grateful for him.

Okay, so.

Maybe you're in the room and you're like, okay, I'm trying to figure it out.
