Maybe I forget sometimes how closely related telecom is to construction because obviously you need those things for projects.

Those projects, probably those skills of managing those and using the software for that is portable to many other facets of construction.

I was just on a board call with one of my companies, and they were talking about this dynamic of running under the radar, right? Because our industry is so project-based.

And it's like, oh, if my product's only $5,000, a project engineer at a construction company can buy it.

If you want to go big, you have to have visibility into the C-suite, right, as a startup founder.

The minute you outprice in a way to say like, oh, our system is actually $50,000 and we have minimum five licenses, then that person either says no or they say, oh, I have to go talk to my CFO.

which means you get to talk to the CFO, which means the CFO knows who you are, right? There's an interesting dynamic.

I'm a great student of pricing strategy, both on the psychographic aspect of it and how you think about value creation in terms of margins and stuff like that.
