Her company makes HydroVolt, a cooling gel worn as apparel that drops skin temperature about 10 degrees Celsius for up to eight hours, now in the field with construction crews, logistics teams, and public safety officers.

She's on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and closed a $4 million seed round last year led by Shadow Ventures.
