Scott OwenHostAnd first of all, we'll look at the A-League men's round two action, which was the opening game of the season for the Britain Raw as they cruised to – well, it wasn't a cruise, but they got a 2-1 win over Perth Glory with goals in the first half to Justin Vidic and Nam Tae Hee, and a second-half goal to Perth Glory's – debutant Matthew Ellis.
But, Kurt, first of all, we were there at Suncorp Stadium alongside the 6497 in attendance.

Yes, it was delayed, obviously, from the first round too, but finally we get football back.

Glad the game and the pitch actually held up very, very well, especially with all this rain.

But it was actually very pleasing the first 45 minutes, Adam, that they were totally dominant against the glory.

And we said together, too, that the three of us plus Barco that was in the box as well, that they really needed a multi-goal half there to really cement their status as actually being supremely dominant.

Vidic's goal, like you touched on on the night too, simple tap-in too, but it was such a really good read by Tate Russell.

The goalkeeper didn't have the best of nights, shall we say, for the glory, but I was really, really happy with that first 45 minutes.

Obviously, the intensity dropped off a wee bit with the introductions, but you'd have to say that I think it was a very deserved win for the home side.
Yeah, let's just go back one step to the actual, before the game, the selection shock when we saw the team sheet come out, which I think a lot of people, obviously we are probably a little bit more inside and probably understand this, but I would just say there's been a bit of a shock from sort of the general raw fan base with last year's number one goalkeeper, Dean Bozanas, being benched.
I know we sort of, and yourself in particular, were sort of very questioning whether this was going to, especially on the amount of minutes that Plussman was getting over Bozanis and also Oscar Page as well, who's the number three at goalkeeper at the club.
So I guess the question would be, did you, A, expect this to actually become a reality? And also, as well, that, yeah, it would happen in game one of the season.

Look, I'll say no, because I did expect Plosden to... to be getting some minutes throughout the season, whether it's a game against Bertha at home too, where they're not going on the best of form.

We certainly thought Bozanic would start the season, you know, because obviously he's the number one from last season, incumbent.

But when we were meeting up, especially for the Queensland games, you know, he was, Dean Bozanic was suited up, but he wasn't playing.

So it was Paige and Klusman that were starting both games, which was a big question mark turned towards us both, saying that, like, hmm, there's something else going on here.
