And I created it because I was frustrated by a problem I saw constantly as a makeup artist.

As I put on like concealer, powder, foundation, everything would crease and cake and make fine lines look worse.

And I just felt like, again, I was in my early 20s and my clientele was probably more 40 and up.

And I just felt like, what is the purpose of putting makeup on if you're just making their skin look worse? I was so frustrated by it and I was just determined to find a solution.

It is a crazy story how basically the Beauty Ammo traveled from a spa convention in Vegas to Hollywood makeup trailers, Oscar and Emmy events, Dancing with the Stars, all kinds of TV sets, department stores in New York, and some of the most famous people in the world all mainly through word of mouth.

And in this episode, I'm telling the whole story, how I created it, how Hollywood makeup artists discovered it, the chance encounters that changed everything, The day I got called onto a set while shopping in Malibu with my daughter and ended up prepping 27 celebrities and the surreal full circle moment of selling 30 Beauty Emo kits in one Saturday on Rodeo Drive at the salon where I started my career decades earlier.

It's the story of what can happen when you solve a real problem, get your product into the right hands, and let the wow do the marketing.
