87 Year Old Reveals Everything He Knows About Success

August After Dark: www.instagram.com/augustafterdarkpodcast August Motors: www.augustmotorcars.com 87 years old, built and sold companies worth hundreds of millions, once owned a 42-car collection, and he's still not slowing down.  In this episode of August After Dark, host Matt August sits down with Peter Thomas — author, entrepreneur, and creator of "One Minute Mentor" — for a raw conversation about what it actually takes to build a life you're proud of. Peter shares the story of buying his first car in the Canadian Army with the help of a sergeant who vouched for him, why he bought the Century 21 Canada franchise rights when every person in his life told him not to, and how that one decision turned into tens of millions of dollars. He breaks down his "superpower vs. kryptonite" framework, the exact sales discipline that took him from broke to successful, and why mentorship isn't the same as coaching. You'll also hear about his 7-year sabbatical to Switzerland, how he uses fractional airplane deals to fund his love of aviation, 40 years of marriage advice, and why giving back has become the core value driving his life today. If you want a real, unfiltered conversation with someone who has lived an extraordinary life and has zero interest in slowing down — this is it.
