Can I change gears here again and ask you, because one of the things I do for both my Parkinson's and Alzheimer's patients is look at their genetics.

And one mutation, I don't see every time, but I'm seeing it frequently, is called GRN or progranulin.

And the reason I wanted to ask you about this mutation, because it leads to increased...

in GRN or progranin, they're not producing enough of this important protein, it tends to increase the risk of getting Parkinson's or Alzheimer's.

My question is, one of the treatments that I found has been helpful is actually a sugar, a disaccharide called trehalose.

So to be clear, I'm not recommending this for everyone, but for my patients who have a mutation in this specific gene, I'm recommending the disaccharide sugar therapeutically.

And I'm just curious, have you had that experience? Do you have any experience with trehalose, that special type of sugar?

And so using disaccharides for rare genetic disturbances, I will leave in your province because that requires genetic testing.

So I can't comment effectively on that, but I can comment that Parkinson's disease is not a genetic disease in general.

And even where it's genetically more likely, just like with Alzheimer's disease, you still can push that likelihood down very, very low.
