FEDS HAVE OMAR'S PHONE: A Dozen Subpoenas, No Charges

When Homeland Security Investigations agents searched Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's Washington home on Monday, they walked out with her cellphone, Fox News Digital reports, along with her passport, notebooks and computers, per the Wall Street Journal. The Associated Press reports more than a dozen grand jury subpoenas, some to her relatives. The Justice Department calls the warrant "judicially authorized" and the probe ongoing; reports tie it to her immigration paperwork. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, on her separate look at Omar's finances: "If there was a crime that was committed, it will be prosecuted." Omar, on X: "I will not be silenced." She has not been charged with anything. A search, a seized phone, subpoenas to family. Chuck reads what is known, as reported by Breitbart News and Fox News.
