And, you know, I don't think there was much – uh you know i mean there was clearly very good players colin simmons jeremiah smith i kind of felt like manning and saying didn't perhaps play up to the levels that you hoped that they would and i think it speaks to something that we might get to today might get to a later weeks that nobody's really emerging from the quarterback pack in terms of like you know you're looking at and we've bigged up this class for a couple of years and The most impressive guy for me this year has been Austin Simmons of Missouri.

And the thing about Mensah that concerns me a little bit is just the lack of RPMs off the, you know, on some of his deeper balls.

Whereas Simmons has just got an absolute cannon for an arm and can – you know, the velocity that he generates is superb.
yeah,

there was just, there was everything that you love about college football, really, in that game in Austin, the kind of the atmosphere and the kind of ESPN evening game and just, you know, big plays by big player Smith, looking great.

I know here that the kind of the, you'd love for him to have made that sort of diving catch down at the goal line, just where he was kind of out leveraged the defensive back and just wasn't able to haul it in.

But some of the catches he made were, were great and yeah I just thought it was a good week in college football a couple of it like I was looking at a group of six tight end last night a guy called Hunter Hunter Tipton at Memphis who had 229 or something yards receiving against um against Boise State came five yards short of breaking the the record by by a tight end in FBS history and single game record um so yeah some players good plays and yeah but the standout for me was uh was that was that game in Austin

I'm sitting here holding my breath, begging and praying that Simon doesn't take my talking point, which was I was one week off on the top 10 upset with Oregon going down to Oklahoma State.

And Oklahoma State, look, dead in the water against Tulsa the week prior, right? It's all a true mess to make.

Has some tremendous throws, some bad luck on both of his turnovers that he had as far as interceptions, one of which was ran back in the red zone for a touchdown.

The other one was a ball batted up in the air and ran back inside the five-yard line by Mateu Uyangalele.

So Oklahoma State, they got some really physical guys up front, I think, on both sides of the ball, and I think Oregon was – kind of MIA in that capacity.
