This week we have a special episode. We spend the entire hour talking to Nick’s oldest son, Ciri about the albums he’s been listening to. He recently decided that he would listen to three albums a day…
And now presenting tourer stories.
Wow.
That came out pretty good.
Yeah, it's a good one.
All right.
Good sound design.
That's right.
So Red Knot Chili Peppers had only two shows this weekend.
Okay.
We flew up to Spokane, Washington, and then drove to Moses Lake, Washington to play a festival called Flannel Fest.
90s flannel fest.
Mm-hmm.
And this is an event we've been doing for a few years.
Not every year, but every other year they invite us to do it.
And super fun.
Good crowd shows up.
This year we played on the first night, which only had three bands.
But then the next day they had like eight bands.
All of them are tributes to 90s acts.
So we headlined the first night.
And the bands that played before us was an Alanis Morissette tribute, which had been popping up like Starbucks recently.
And then we hit the stage.
