The Wizards dropped their 2nd straight game of the young season to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night. After perhaps their best quarter of the season, scoring 42 points in the first quarter…
it's tough and this
is from like that's just
i don't really know what like is that going to change about our team like we just might be comprised of like some weak rebounders like it's an effort shit but like it falls on the coach too falls on keith right and that's another like the bench tonight was it was pretty terrible Part of that is you lost Champagny.
That sucks.
That sucks.
Hopefully he's all right.
Achilles is fucking scary.
But it's like Chris had to play a lot of minutes.
He was bad.
Bub missed all of his threes tonight.
He was bad.
balal did his job aiden was cool even though i thought there were some moments where he wasn't as good but like it's you didn't have the depth tonight that's why i don't feel too like overly bad about the loss because you were short man obviously aj was aj was what he ended up a minus one tonight but we lost by 10 right so he was on a minutes restriction only 26 minutes from him tonight right so there's some positive things to take out of it but let me cut my promo on the guys here and then i can let some other people up and we can we can cut the promo.
I'll start with AJ.
I thought AJ was great tonight.
Um, obviously you mean like you saw it off the top, like what he's going to do for this team is just getting to the rim, getting to the line.
Like some of the mini shit was really good tonight.
He made a three as well.
Um, I just, I, I won't critique it.
Like defensively, he didn't have any socks tonight.
I thought the defense was cool on the ball, but part of what AJ brings to the table defensively is just like, he's so big.
Like he, and then in our most successful lineups tonight, Keyshawn, AJ, Trey, even though like he's insulated by the other guys, sar ad that lineup is fucking massive that is a huge and there was a lineup where you subbed out trey and i think aj and kishan were kind of like the pseudo point guard aj had a great kishan had a great night passing the ball by the way but like it was ball kishan aj sar ad and like that five is so engulfing like it's so hard like it was just mucking shit up on that end like obviously things kind of fell apart late but like it was big and i thought aj like he plays a part in like you know, I think when he's surrounded by good team defenders, like he can, he can cover his ass a little bit.
And obviously again, first game back ankle injury, there's, there's no way you'll catch me critiquing him that far, but I thought he was good tonight.
He obviously had those late that, I mean, every, every time he touches the ball, like it's like a, it's a level of like giddiness, you know? Like I just, I get, I, he, he touches the ball.
I get excited.
