Donald Trump just wrapped up a completely deranged speech in Nebraska, where MAGA Republicans are terrified ahead of the midterms that they may lose critical races of all places, yep, in Nebraska.
They may lose a Senate seat, congressional races, and the governor's race there.
He's speaking in what appears to be the expo center there.
They claim there were 6,000 people in attendance.
It looked nowhere near that.
They had to put these, like, drapes on the wall to basically shrink the room that he was speaking in.
And then he proceeded to talk about how gas and diesel prices are actually artificial now as a result of the war, but we're not actually in the war.
But as soon as the war ends, the price of gas and diesel, it's going to plummet so quickly you're not even gonna know what to do with it, people of Nebraska.
And then he also said, "Let Iran blow up California, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
Let them do it." Donald Trump then said that, uh, James Talarico is a vegan and he likes to eat lettuce.
He thought that was an important thing to share with the people of Nebraska.
Donald Trump says, "You do realize we're kicking Iran's ass, right?" He then said, "I promise you, you will all get $5,000 checks if you vote Republican, and I never lie.
I've delivered on all of my promises, and we're in a golden age right now." No, we absolutely aren't.
Then he brings on stage Natalie Harp, and then when she leaves, he says, "We should do a show together.
How great is she? We can do a show where she gives me executive orders and I sign them on TV." We can do a show? The American people are suffering, and we don't need to see whatever the hell is going on between Donald Trump and Natalie Harp on stage.
So let me show you what went down as Donald Trump said that, remember, with the war, even though we're not in a war, he says gas prices and diesel prices are artificial.
And then he says, "Let Iran take out cities.
[clapping]
See a tremendous victory 'cause it verifies all the things we did.
And again, remember, with the war, it's just artificial.
It's a little bit high.
It's a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe.
They can take out a city.
