Today we're talking about something a lot of people at work are feeling but struggling to put into words.

That is the sense that everything is moving faster, louder, and heavier, and that we're constantly falling behind.

Burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm are increasingly common, but today's guests argue that it isn't a personal resilience problem, it's a systems problem.

Joining me are Dara Simpkin and Tanay Hunter, co-authors of the new book, Full Stack Human.

And the paradox in all of this that I find truly optimistic about is the fact that the more AI that we add to the workforce, the more human our leaders and team need to be.

And I think AI is a reflection of humanity, and if we get that reflection right, it can show us the best sides of our nature.

And so I don't think we're broken, but it can show us the dark sides or it can show us the good sides.

Their work explores how skills like play, curiosity, and intelligent optimism aren't soft skills.
